Only product purchased thru this website can be returned via this website.  If you purchased the product elsewhere, please follow your vendor's returns procedures.  You may return merchandise purchased at this website within 14 days of receipt.  You are responsible for return-shipping costs.   Returned products must arrive in excellent, resalable condition.  Before returning products, please e-mail Returns Department at:

to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number and further instructions.
